Returns Policy
We guarantee your satisfaction with our products. You may return undamaged items sold by Ix Innovations for any reason within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Just call or email us and we will guide you through the process.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
Exchanges
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, call or email us to request a replacement. Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once we receive them.
